This visit allows us to connect with your pet, review routines, and ensure our style, presence, and energy feel aligned. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly refer you to someone who is.

Q: What services do you offer?

Q: What is included in Overnight Pet Care?
A: Overnight care includes evening, overnight, and morning support—ideal for pets needing medication, companionship, or closer supervision. Overnight stays are typically scheduled in 24-hour blocks from 9 AM to 9 AM, with 1-hour flexibility on either end. If additional hours are needed beyond this window, a reasonable additional fee applies. This can be discussed and customized during our Meet & Greet.
Q: What are Pet Taxi Services used for?
A: Pet Taxi rides are ideal when you can’t accompany your pet to: ♦ Vet or grooming appointments ♦ Doggie daycare drop-off or pickup ♦ Pet Evolution for baths or nail trims ♦ Adventure outing drop-off/pick-up ♦ Friend or sitter handoffs
You’ll receive real-time updates, and your pet will be transported with safety and care.
Do you offer dog walking or care memberships?
Yes! For Monday–Friday services, you can book recurring walking and care plans: ♦ 1x/week ♦ 2x/week ♦ 3x/week ♦ 4x/week ♦ 5x/week
Membership clients receive consistent scheduling, priority bookings, and bundled care options.
Q: Do you offer specialized services?

Q: Do you care for animals other than dogs and cats?
A: Absolutely. I lovingly care for rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, goats, and more. Care is always customized.
Q: Can I bundle pet care with home concierge services?
A: Yes—and many clients do. For example, combining a walk with plant care, or an overnight with light rotation and grocery pickup. Just let me know what would give you peace of mind.
Q: Can you help with obedience reinforcement?
A. Yes. I provide positive, real-world reinforcement during walks and visits to help dogs practice key commands (sit, stay, wait, come, heel, calm greetings). Ideal for puppies, rescues, or refresher work. If your dog requires behavioral and cognitive training, please address that with a certified professional canine trainer who specializes in behavioral modification.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: I serve Victoria, Chaska, Minnetrista, Waconia, Carver, Excelsior, Saint Bonifacius, and surrounding communities within a 15-mile radius. Mileage fees may apply beyond this zone and will be discussed in advance.
As a Victoria resident, my priority clients include neighbors in Lakepoint, Ambergate, Wasserman, Rhapsody, Watermark, and Deer Run.
PRICING, BOOKING & POLICIES
Q: How does pricing work?
A: All pricing is listed on the Paws Plus Order Pricing & Packages page. Rates are based on time, number of pets, type of service, and any specialized care needed. I offer bundled plans and recurring care options. Any additional pet, extended time, holiday, or off-hours needs will be reviewed during our consultation.
Q: What is your payment policy?
♦ 30% of all services must be paid in full at booking to reserve your time ♦ Concierge and overnight packages require a deposit (typically 50%) with the remainder due before service ♦ I accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, check, or cash ♦ A written confirmation and receipt is always provided

A: Standard Services (walks, visits, training):
♦ 48+ hours: Full refund or credit ♦ Less than 48 hours: $15 cancellation fee, balance credited ♦ Same-day or no-show: Full fee retained
A: Overnight Stays & Concierge Packages: ♦ 72+ hours: Full refund ♦ Less than 72 hours: 50% retained unless rebooked
I keep my schedule intentionally limited to offer quality, personalized care to you and your pets. I do not overlap services with other customers unless I have an existing customer that requires an in-and-out drop in visit. Thank you for understanding.

Q: How do I schedule services?
A: We begin with a complimentary Meet & Greet, where I:

We will finalize your custom care plan. Once confirmed, services can be booked and reserved easily.
Q: How do I know if we’re a good match?
A: Great care starts with the right relationship. During our Meet & Greet, ask yourself:

HEALTH & SAFETY
Q: Can you accommodate special needs pets?
A: Yes. Many of my clients have aging pets, medical conditions, or sensitivities. The Meet & Greet helps us determine the best care and whether I’m the right provider.
Q: What happens if my pet requires veterinary care during your visit?
A: If a medical issue arises—due to illness, injury, or a preexisting condition—I will act swiftly and compassionately. Veterinary expenses remain the immediate responsibility of the pet’s owner.
My bonded and insured status covers incidents caused by service-related negligence or property damage, but not medical care. Emergency contacts are kept on file and contacted immediately if needed.
Q: What if my pet gets injured during off-leash activity?
A: Off-leash adventures (e.g., dog parks, trail hikes) are only provided with written owner consent, and only if your dog has demonstrated safe recall and temperament. If injury occurs during these outings, veterinary costs are the owner’s responsibility.
These options are discussed during our consultation to ensure safety and suitability.
Q: What happens in bad weather?
A: Your pet’s safety is my priority. In extreme weather (heat, storms, snow), walks may be shortened or adapted into indoor enrichment. You’ll be notified immediately of any changes.
Q: Will I receive updates about my pets and home?
A: Yes! After each visit, you’ll receive:

♦ Highlights of mood, meals, bathroom, behavior
For overnights or multi-day care, I send daily TEXT summaries and a short Video so you feel connected and reassured.
Q: Can I receive a service summary? A: Yes. Every service includes a follow-up message and documentation. For recurring care or extended sits, I provide regular updates and full transparency.
PET WELLNESS & SACRED SUPPORT
Q: Can I book Reiki or Tellington TTouch® without regular pet care services?
A: Absolutely. Wellness services such as Reiki and TTouch® can be scheduled as dedicated sessions or added to walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. I also offer customized bundles if you’re seeking consistent emotional or energetic support for your pet.
Q: How do I know if my pet would benefit from Reiki or Tellington TTouch?
A: Energy work can support pets who are aging, anxious, recovering from trauma or surgery, navigating change, or nearing the end of life. If your pet is sensitive, highly intuitive, or showing signs of emotional or behavioral stress, these gentle sessions can bring grounding, comfort, and ease.
Q: What if I’m unsure whether it’s time for my pet to transition?
A: That’s a sacred and deeply personal decision. I offer intuitive coaching and emotional space-holding to help you tune into your instincts, explore your options, and honor your pet’s journey—without pressure or judgment.

A: Yes. Many clients come to me weeks or even months after their pet has passed. Whether you need grief coaching, a remembrance ritual, energy clearing for your home, or someone to simply hold space, I’m here to support your healing at any point in the journey.
Q: What is the Weekly Walks Membership, and how does it work?
A: The Weekly Walks Membership offers recurring scheduled walks (1–5x/week) for dogs who thrive on routine and consistent movement. It includes personalized attention, enrichment, and priority booking—plus discounted rates for committed care.

Q: What’s the difference between a pet sitter and a hobby sitter?
♦ Professional sitters are trained, insured, and offer experience, accountability, and tailored care.
♦ Hobby sitters(like students or neighbors) may charge less, but often lack backup, insurance, or training. Just because someone has pets does not guarantee anything.
Q: How much should I tip?
A: Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated—especially for extended care or exceptional service. Most clients tip 10–20%.
Q: What’s the difference between dog walkers, dog sitters, and pet sitters?

Q: Do you offer home sits without pets?
